This is the ideal place to stay if your family is going to Disney/Universal parks, it is a 10 minute drive to Disney. The apartment itself is comfortable, quiet and was in excellent condition when we arrived. the host is top notch! Amazing communication throughout the stay, clear instructions prior to arrival and departure, very responsive and we found a nice welcome tray on the property when we arrived (Thank you!). I will definitely recommend them and will definitely stay again!

Our stay was phenomenal! Although it was not meant to be a vacation as we were evacuating Hurricane Ian. It quickly turned into a nice "hurricane". There was plenty of room for my family of 5 to spread out and relax after spending hours in the car. Upon arrival we noticed a basket of goodies waiting for us. This was a big hit with my kids. Those extra touches really set the tone and made us feel welcome when we traveled. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone. The neighborhood was super quiet and felt incredibly safe.

Hostyn was an excellent host. They were very proactive with communication, made sure I had everything I needed. They also contacted me in advance to let me know that I was able to check in early, which was very nice. The location is a short drive from Disney and much cheaper than staying at the resorts. I will definitely recommend it to friends and family and every time we return I will stay here again if possible!
